Return Policy
We will pay all shipping costs if as a result of our error you received an incorrect item. Simply contact us at: service@OhioAsc.com and request a return merchandise authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

You may return most new, unopened uninstalled items within 15 days of delivery with prior approval. All returns must be approved in advance and issued a return merchandise authorization, RMA. Please send an email to: service@OhioAsc.com and we will reply with your RMA number and return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Please do not attempt to return an item without a return authorization. Depending on the item a restocking fee may apply. Unless otherwise approved all sales are final and no return authorization will be approved beyond fifteen (15) days of when you received your item. Electrical parts that have been installed are not eligible for return. Electrical parts can be damaged when installed improperly and our suppliers do not allow for the return of electrical parts that have been installed.

If you accidentally order the wrong item simply request a return authorization number. After you receive the return authorization number you can then place another order for the correct item. When we ship the new order we will include a prepaid return shipping label for the return of the original order. To request an RMA number, send an email to: service@OhioAsc.com and we will reply with return instructions. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange. After we receive the original order back, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping charge and the cost of the return shipping.
